We never delete anything for being over quota; only further additions are blocked until you upgrade.

Yes, from the Billing page in your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period and your data stays intact (we just stop further additions if you're over the new tier's caps).

Yes — MCP access is treated as part of the platform, not a paid add-on. Free accounts can connect Claude, Codex, and any other MCP client the same way paid accounts can. The per-tier API call cap applies to MCP just like it does to the REST API.

Listed prices are exclusive of tax. Stripe collects the appropriate VAT, GST, or JCT at checkout based on your billing address — the receipt itemises both. We don't mark up the local tax rate.
