By accessing or using OmniCon ("the Service"), operated by Receipt Roller Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

OmniCon is a cloud-based content management system (CMS) that provides article publishing, page building, media management, press release distribution, and related services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Account Inactivity and Data Retention

8.1 Email Confirmation

When you register for an account, you must confirm your email address. Accounts that remain unconfirmed for more than 7 days may be automatically deleted.

To keep the Service secure and efficient, we monitor account activity. If you do not log in for an extended period, we may take the following actions:

Content you archive (articles, authors, channels) is retained for a grace period to allow recovery. After the grace period, archived content may be permanently deleted:

If you are the sole owner of an organization and your account is deleted, the organization will be disabled for up to 180 days. During this period, existing organization members may contact us to assign a new owner and restore the organization. After 180 days, the disabled organization and its data may be permanently deleted.

You may request a portable export of your data at any time through the Service or by contacting us. Exports include your profile information, content, media metadata, and organization memberships. Export files are provided as a downloadable ZIP archive and remain available for 7 days after generation.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receipt Roller Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
