| Refunds and cancellation |
Because of the nature of the service, payments are not refunded except where the law requires. You can cancel or change a paid plan at any time from the billing page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and you are not charged again. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Terms of Service for details. |
