Billing & Plans

July 31, 2026

Start here for subscriptions: how billing works, subscribing to a paid plan, changing or canceling, and where to find invoices.

OmniCon runs on three subscription tiers — Free, Basic, and Premium — managed per organization through Stripe.

Billing lives at the organization level, not the channel level. Every organization starts on the Free plan, and any member can upgrade it from the organization's Billing page.

Where to manage billing

  • Go to Organizations and open the organization you want to manage.
  • Find the Billing & Subscription card and click Manage Billing.
  • This takes you to the Billing dashboard, where you can see the current plan, usage against its limits, and the available plans to upgrade to.

Subscribing to a paid plan

From the Billing dashboard, pick a plan under Available Plans and click Subscribe. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter payment details — nothing is charged until that's confirmed. Once it's done, Stripe sends you back to the Billing dashboard with the new plan active.

Changing plans

Click Change Plan next to any other tier to switch immediately. The difference is prorated automatically by Stripe — you're only charged (or credited) for the remainder of the current billing period.

Canceling

Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately — you keep access to your paid plan's features until then, after which the organization reverts to Free.

Payment methods & invoices

  • Manage Payment Methods opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can update your card or see billing details.
  • The Invoices page lists every invoice for the organization, with links to view or download each one as a PDF.

What each plan includes

  • Free — 1 channel, community support.
  • Basic — up to 5 channels, custom domains, email support.
  • Premium — unlimited channels, press releases, priority support.

Exact limits (API calls, storage, AI Studio quota) are shown on the Billing dashboard and may change — that page always reflects what your current plan actually includes.
