Exporting Articles & Pages to Excel

July 31, 2026

Download the titles, descriptions, and other metadata for a channel's articles or pages as an Excel file.

Need a spreadsheet of what's in a channel — for a content audit, a handoff to an SEO team, or just to review titles and descriptions in bulk? Both the Articles list and the Pages list can export straight to Excel.

Where to find it

On the Articles list or the Pages list for a channel, click Export to Excel next to the "New Article" / "Create New Page" button.

Choosing columns

Clicking the button opens a modal where you pick which columns to include:

  • Title and Description — checked by default
  • Perma Name (URL slug)
  • Author
  • Status (Published / Archived)
  • Publish Dates
  • Tags

Only the columns you check end up in the file — everything else is left out.

What's included

The export matches whatever's currently on screen: if you've searched or filtered the list (by keyword, folder, etc.), only the matching items are exported, not the whole channel. It's also unpaginated — every matching item is included, not just the current page.
