Labels and organization

April 15, 2026

Use labels to tag media items across folders and bulk-organize large libraries.

Folders are a single path per file. Labels are the cross-cutting tag system — a file can carry as many labels as you want.

Managing labels

The Labels page under Storage shows every label defined in the channel and the items attached to each one. Create a label by applying it to any item; remove it globally by clearing it from every item it's on.

Setting labels on an item

From a file's details page, pick labels from the dropdown. Labels are per-channel, so the same name in two different channels is two different labels.

Bulk operations

The library supports bulk selection for:

  • Bulk label — apply one or more labels to many items at once.
  • Bulk delete — delete many items at once. Referenced items are blocked unless you use force-delete.
