Every channel belongs to an organization — the billing and team boundary above it. Invite the people who need access, and see who's already in.
Creating an organization
You get one automatically when you sign up. Create additional ones from the Organizations page if you need separate billing or teams — for example, an agency running multiple clients, or separating internal projects.
Inviting a member
From an organization's page, enter an email address and pick a role, then send the invite:
- If that email already has an OmniCon account, they're added immediately — no accept step, they'll see the organization next time they load the site.
- If it's a new email, OmniCon creates an invitation and emails them a link. They have 7 days to accept before it expires.
Roles
Members can be Member (the default) or Admin. Today both roles carry the same organization-management permissions — either can invite, remove, and change the role of any other member. Use the role field as a label for now, e.g. to mark who's actually in charge day-to-day.
Removing a member
Remove someone from the member list at any time — they immediately lose access to everything under the organization. The organization's original creator is its permanent owner and can't be removed, so it can never end up without one.
