OmniCon 2.0.314 — Press releases you can trust to send, the groundwork for OmniCon media bundles, and drafts
Five versions on from 2.0.309. Press releases now send in the background, under your organization's name, with unsubscribe and a readable history. The groundwork for plan-included media bundles is in, starting with US Tech & SaaS. Articles and pages can be saved as drafts. Editor images now live in Storage.
OmniCon 2.0.309 — OmniCon in Japanese, URLs on your terms, version history you can restore, and custom layouts you can build end to end
Sixty-six versions on from 2.0.243. The workspace is now available in Japanese, a channel can choose the shape of its article URLs, articles, pages, layouts and channel CSS/JS keep a restorable version history, and channels on custom layouts can render listings, 404s and scripts in their own design. Plus search synonym groups, channel time zones, Excel export and tighter access checks.
OmniCon 2.0.187 — The SEO toolkit: target, score, and track your keywords
Almost all of 2.0.187 is one feature: a full SEO toolkit. Set target keywords for a channel, assign focus keywords per article, get a real-time Yoast-style score as you write, see SERP and social previews, find gaps in a keyword × article coverage matrix and an SEO Health page, drive it all from MCP, and track real Google rankings via Search Console. Plus a page-editor link fix and the rcr.la v3 voice model going live.
OmniCon 2.0.144 — Faster pages, private sites, voice, and a complete headless API
Eighteen versions since 2.0.126. Public pages are now cached for speed, a channel's public site can be password-protected, articles can be turned into AI voice content with rcr.la, and the headless API is complete and documented on every screen — including new Galleries and Folders REST APIs. Plus an MCP upload fix and profile role badges.
OmniCon 2.0.126 — Custom layouts
Fifteen versions since 2.0.111, focused on one big feature: custom layouts. Replace the built-in page templates with your own Handlebars HTML — a flat layout library, reusable partials, per-article binding, sandboxed preview, and one-click rollback. Plus new help guides and an account-email fix.
OmniCon 2.0.111 — Shopify embedded admin, galleries, SEO, and more
Eighty-nine versions of work since 2.0.22. Headline items: Shopify embedded app (in-iframe editor, AI draft generation, scheduled publishing), galleries with lightbox and multi-upload, first-class channel folders, a full SEO overhaul (sitemap, canonical URLs, structured data, breadcrumbs), and .NET 10.
OmniCon 2.0.22 — Community feature
A channel can now host its own community where readers log in with their existing OmniCon account, get a per-community profile, and post their own content. Member roles, moderation, custom-domain routing, sitemap and RSS, and twelve new MCP tools — all in one release.
OmniCon 2.0.20 — Payment hardening, daily-driver polish
Thirteen merges since 2.0.7. A lot of the work was under the hood on billing — promo codes, idempotent webhooks, plan-quota enforcement — but there's also a pile of small-but-nice daily-driver polish: remembered tag filters, drag-and-drop hero images, searchable-state chips, org-wide channel visibility.
OmniCon 2.0.7 — Easier Help, Cleaner Listings
A small release focused on making the Help section easier to find, read, and navigate — plus a handful of listing polish items.
